Creative specs
Every screen a creative can target, exactly what we accept, and the safe zone we validate against before anything reaches review.
| Profile | Dimensions | Orientation | Default |

Video on the portrait profile (Full screen when idle): any 9:16 crop from 720×1280 to 1440×2560 is accepted — not just 1080×1920 exactly. Images and every other profile still match exactly.
This is the upload gate, not a delivery guarantee: a wide creative runs on the screen above the products (portrait creatives there are pillarboxed, never cropped), and a portrait creative runs full screen when idle.
Full screen when idle: the full-screen portrait placement the machine shows after it has sat idle for about 2 minutes. It is on sale alongside the screen above the products, and the portrait profile above is its spec.

Spot length
15 s, 30 s, 45 s, or 60 s spots. A video longer than your spot plays as the next spot length up (up to 60 s) and is priced at that length. Shorter? The rest of your spot shows a MediCube card. You can shorten your video in the portal.
Images
Play for your spot length (15 s, 30 s, 45 s, or 60 s).
Safe zone
Keep headlines, logos, and calls to action inside the dashed line — a 5% inset on every edge. Screens are viewed at an angle and from a distance, so content right at the edge is the first thing that gets cropped or lost in glare.
